DELIVERY AND LIABILITY

  • Delivery Available : EU - UK 
  • Packages are generally shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of payment.
  • They are shipped with a tracking number by Post or by International Private Carrier according to your choice.
  • The International Private Carrier is valid for the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Austria
  • Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.
  • For the UK with the Brexit it is difficult to send parcels but we do send your order as a gift with a tracking number however it is important to bear in mind that your parcel may be seized by the authorities. This is why the shipping price is higher than for Europe.
  • Preparation, transport and shipping costs are fixed. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
  • ALL PACKAGES ARE SENT FROM EUROPE.

- 15E for orders under 300E

- 10E for orders between 300E and 500E

- Free for orders over 500E

Shipping costs for Europe by International Private Carrier:

- 25E for orders under 500E

- Free for orders over 500E

  • The average delivery time is 3 to 10 working days by Post and 3 to 6 working days by International Private Carrier.
  • Delivery delays are not dependent on our services.
  • Delivery dates are approximate and we will not be responsible for any loss, costs, damages, fees, postal service charges or expenses caused by a delay in the delivery of the goods, unless it is the fault of our services.
  • Once delivered, you become the owner of your goods and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods.
  • Incorrect delivery information may result in non-delivery. The site assumes no responsibility for orders lost due to these errors. 
  • If you do not receive the goods within 20 days from the date of shipment of the order, you must contact us within 40 days from the date of the order, providing us with proof that your order has not been processed or that it has been blocked by customs.
  • We are responsible for repairing errors in the event of receipt of goods that do not conform to your order in quality or quantity, provided that you have informed us of the problem within 14 days of receipt of the order. 
  • In case of a fictitious or erroneous address, the reshipment of the order will not be possible. Also, if the product is returned due to a refusal or a business address, reshipment will not be possible at a later date.
  • No fiduciary reimbursement is possible. However, it is possible to receive vouchers in case of disputes settled by our support service.
  • The Forwarding Guarantee is not valid for orders by Post EXCEPT for France.
  • The Forwarding Guarantee is valid for all orders by International Carrier.
